Board Membership

The agency is governed by a volunteer board and committees; people who lend their knowledge and experience to guide the organization in accordance with our mission, values and mandate.

If you are passionate about shaping and supporting the future of sexual health in Edmonton, please send in your resume and cover letter to [email protected]. As a board member, please expect to dedicate around 10 hours/month to meetings and committee work. 

Peer Educators 

Our Peer Educators are knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic about sexual health. We provide opportunities within the community where you will booth and share information about safer sex practices, harm reduction and sex positivity. We provide in depth training and support with two in-take and mandatory training sessions per year. Previous events include Pride Week, North Country Fair and Astral Harvest to name a few. We require a commitment of 12 hours/year minimum.

If you would like to help out but can’t make a time commitment then a Special Event Worker may be right for you. We run a biennial casino and various special events throughout the year.
